Our technical experts said that in order to ensure the product quality is qualified, we need to check the following points when producing high-temperature cooking bags:

1. Bag size and edge size specifications (according to customer requirements).

2. The heat sealing strength is measured by cutting a 15mm wide test piece from the edge seal of the bag with a steel ruler and fixing it on the upper and lower clamps of the LDX-200 universal material testing machine.

3. Fill the bag with water of equal capacity and seal it, place the bag sample between the upper and lower plates of the pressure gauge, and conduct pressure test according to the conditions (pressure, time) required by the customer to observe whether the bag is broken and leaking.

4. For residual solvent detection, cut 0.2m2 of sample, quickly cut the sample into 10mm30mm pieces, put it into a clean conical flask preheated at 80 ℃ and about 500ml, seal it with a silica gel stopper, put it into an 80 ℃ thermostat for 30min, and then use a 5ml syringe to take 1ml of gas sample from the bottle and inject it into the 2061C gas chromatograph for determination, and the result is qualified with ≤ 10mg/m2.
