Detection of heat seal strength. Use the electronic tensile machine to carry out the test according to the relevant provisions of ZDY28004. Take the samples vertically from the side, top and bottom of the bag and the heat sealing part, with the width of 15mm and the expansion length of about 100mm. Clamp the two ends of the sample on the fixture of the test machine, with the clamping distance of 50mm and the speed of the sample of 300 ± 20mm/min. The Z load at the time of fracture is the heat sealing strength value. Three-layer structure is more than 40N, four-layer structure is more than 50N, and the drop value of heat seal strength during wetting after cooking is not more than 10N.
