Our factory's technical experts have stated that when producing high-temperature cooking bags, we need to:

1. Fully matured. To fully utilize the main solid reaction of cooking glue and ensure composite quality, a curing period of 3-5 days at 40 ℃ -55 ℃ is necessary (the curing period of YH502 can be reduced to 2-3 days).

2. Steaming and cooking composite also have high requirements for aluminum foil. Aluminum foil should be used with a thickness of 7 μ m-15 μ m. 135 ℃ requires selection of 9 μ m or above. Also, pay attention to the diameter and number of pinholes. There should be no dense, continuous, or periodic pinholes.

3. The coating amount, coating wire roller, adhesive processing viscosity, and oven temperature must be strictly controlled. The coating amount should be ensured to be around 4-5g/m2, and the coating roller is generally selected at around 80 threads/inch. Before compounding, the cleanliness of the coating roller should be checked to ensure the coating amount and state. The oven requires good ventilation and a clean environment.
