2. Random corona treatment will achieve better composite effect, making the composite steamed bag material more stable. When combining cooking bags with aluminum foil structures, it is recommended to use random corona treatment.
3. The inner layer is made of high-temperature resistant cooking grade CPP film, which has high temperature resistance, good strength, and heat sealing properties. Require CPP surface tension>40dyn/cm (resistance to 121 ℃ requires CPP surface tension>39dyn/cm).
4. Storage requirements for AL and NY. The aluminum foil core should have a certain strength, and each roll of product should be tightly wrapped with a layer of clean, hygienic neutral or weakly acidic moisture-proof paper or wrapped with a layer of clean plastic film. The joints should be sealed with adhesive tape. The rolls should be separated by soft pads and tightly fitted without gaps to ensure that the end faces are not damaged. During transportation, it must be moisture-proof and heat-resistant, with a shelf life of one year.
